This policy explains how KeepMoreGCI, owned and operated by Keran Smith LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information when you use our websites, request a tax savings review, schedule a call, register for the Agent Tax & Wealth Masterclass, or communicate with us.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, estimated gross commission income, answers to qualification questions, notes, and communications.
- Registration and scheduling information, including webinar registration status, personal Zoom join links, appointment details, and information you share during a call or webinar.
- Technical and usage information, including browser and device information, IP address where available, pages visited, referral sources, video engagement, session identifiers, advertising click and browser IDs, and conversion event IDs.
Our qualification forms may save and send answers as you move through the questions, even if you do not finish the form or book a call. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, payment card details, account passwords, or complete tax returns in website forms or public webinar chats.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, qualify and schedule reviews, register you for webinars, provide personal join links and reminders, maintain contact records, deliver services and educational materials, improve our website and sessions, measure advertising effectiveness, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements, we may also send relevant offers and follow-up communications.
3. Service providers and disclosures
We use providers including GoHighLevel for contact management, forms, booking and communications; Zoom for webinar registration and delivery; Lovable Cloud for website hosting and data storage; and Vidalytics for video delivery and engagement measurement. They may process information needed to provide those services. Google Tag Manager manages tracking tags, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. When configured, Meta Conversions API may receive conversion information through our contact-management workflows.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Third-party services handle information under their own privacy policies, and may process it in the United States or other countries.
4. Cookies, advertising and measurement
We and our measurement providers use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to understand visits and connect advertising clicks with registrations and bookings. These may include Meta identifiers such as fbc and fbp, referral parameters, and event IDs used to help match browser and server conversion reports. Advertising providers may use information for measurement, audience matching or advertising under their own policies.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and adjust Google and Meta advertising preferences. Some functions may be affected by blocking cookies. Browser settings do not necessarily stop all server-side processing. Where applicable law requires consent for nonessential tracking, that consent must be obtained separately; this policy itself is not consent.
5. Calls, webinars and recordings
During a webinar, information you choose to share in chat, questions, or discussions may be visible to the host or other attendees depending on session settings. Treat your personal Zoom join link as private. If a call or webinar is to be recorded, notice and any consent required by applicable law must be provided for that session. This policy is not blanket consent to recording or to promotional use of your name, image, voice, or testimonial.
6. Email and text choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. If you receive marketing texts from us, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Necessary service communications may still be sent where permitted. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts; any required marketing consent must be collected separately.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, appointment scheduling, and technical delivery, is permitted.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including follow-up, service delivery, dispute resolution and legal or recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Avoid sharing confidential financial documents through unsecured forms, chat, or ordinary email.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. We do not sell information for money; some advertising disclosures may be considered a sale or sharing under applicable law. You may request an opt-out of those disclosures. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Children and outside links
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, email support@keepmoregci.com to request removal. Links to Zoom, calendar providers and other websites are governed by those providers' policies.
10. Requests and updates
For a privacy request or question, email support@keepmoregci.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or reply to a booking, registration, or other email you received from KeepMoreGCI and identify your request as a "Privacy request." KeepMoreGCI is a brand of Keran Smith LLC. Do not include sensitive documents in the initial request. We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date, and provide additional notice where required.
